Time-based monitoring of TNF-α and IFN-γ levels in patients treated with mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) (A, B): plasma levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in patients with graft-versus-host-disease (GVHD) were monitored at different time points after MSC infusion. Monitoring of 2 patients is shown. The GVHD of those patients was limited to the skin and GVHD score is expressed as overall grading.
